What happens if I don’t receive my order when I expect to?
Firstly, this is most unusual and we sincerely apologize if we have let you down in this manner. The vast majority of orders reach our customers more quickly than expected, but if your parcel doesn't, please let us know ASAP by email

Which delivery company do you use?
Standard Deliveries to addresses within the USA are sent using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and for Canadian Deliveries we use Canada Post.

What if I get a customs charge?
Orders to the US & Canada may incur import duties/taxes and may be affected by customs delays. We have no control over which parcels customs choose to stop and charge for and unfortunately.

Where is my order sent from?
All our mail orders are sent from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas.

Do you offer next day shipping?
For orders in the USA, Yes. Just let us know if you don't have the luxury of time

What if I am not in when the parcel arrives?
USPS will handle that. Please call them and give them your tracking number to arrange that.

Can I choose a different address for delivery?
Sometimes, it simply isn't convenient to be at home to receive your parcels . If it is easier, you can give us an alternative delivery address (e.g. your work address) to ensure your parcel reaches...
